The Gregory Loft Condominiums is located in the ever-expanding Pearl District. This 12-story luxury condominium complex includes high-end residential units which span over 100,000 square feet. For this project, the team provided unmatched expertise by designing and installing a replacement water piping system for 131 residential units while residents were still occupying their living quarters. Our team exceeded all expectations by working directly with the general contractor and management group to ensure all owners' privacy and peace was not disrupted.
