Baron Adams

Baron's extensive construction background includes over 20 years in the mechanical world. He attended the OSU School of Engineering while beginning his pipe fitter apprenticeship. As his experience grew, so did his accomplishments, including multiple U.S. design patents. As our construction GM, Baron leads the estimating team on new work, manages construction teams, and oversees fabrication and warehouse operations. His hobbies are all things outdoors: boating, hunting, fishing, exploring, and long range shooting. Baron's volunteerism includes his service on the board of directors for Youth Progress Association, a program that serves at risk youth in the juvenile justice and/or foster care system.

Fun facts:

• Grew up in small town Clarkes, Oregon on a Christmas Tree farm.
• Built his first chainsaw out of spare parts when he was 8 years old.
• Ran his first job when he was 13 years old.
• Helps run his family’s cattle ranch in Eastern Oregon.
